no simcoe for me (in that i don't have any). i was thinking of doing either chinook, palisade, columbus or chinook palisade, amarillo.

okay - so the hopping for this beer ended up like this:
2.0 oz chinook (FWH)
1.0 oz chinook (60 mins)
1.0 oz palisade (10 mins)
2.0 oz palisade (5 mins)
2.0 oz amarillo (flameout)
2.0 oz amarillo (whirlpool)
2.0 oz chinook (whirlpool)
I'm thinking about doing a primary dry hop. What would you guys recommend for amount, type of hop(s) and time?
i'm thinking some using chinook and/or amarillo. maybe 2 oz for a few days at ferm temps and then crash cooling for a day or two followed by kegging, carbing and consuming.
