Yeah, our hop selection for cele this year was awesome.

The centennial, in particular, gave a spectacular floral note.

Super rosy this year.

I can't wait for this. I had Sam Adams winter lager on tap Saturday and it was the best I ever tasted!

I bought 3 cases 2 years ago. The new distributor seems to think the first 3 flagship beers from SN from years ago are enough.. FML.

I realized there is some canadian in our mix along with the US.

Plus we source malt from all over the world.

It was a poor shot at snark, and yep.  Shoe is delish.

My malt is Canadian too, but I pay more for it than you do. It has to be better, right? :)

Lol.

We do get it cheaper.  It is easier when you buy by the thousands of tons.

The geritol is all from hops. No extract of any kind, not from hops, not from roses. It's crazy, but you can't seem to replicate it at a homebrew level either.

Geritol is for toonces.  Geraniol is the monoterpoid present in hops (and lots of other things) that smells like roses.
