2007. :(Things just haven't panned out for me since we moved here. I had planned to brew an extract batch a couple weekends ago (even started a thread about it), but that fell through due to to some emergency home repairs. I'm hoping to finish up school within a year, then hopefully I have the time once again.

I am still a brewer, even though I sold my gear when I got divorced. I am going to move again in the next year and hope to find a place to settle down for a while. Brewing equipment is some bulky stuff, so I sold it when it looked like I'd be nomadic for a while. I'll get more. I am itching to brew (and can my own jam) again as soon as I can.

Cyser last fall. All of my aging brews have had the airlocks dry out, so they need to be pitched. My own fault, but that's one of a hundred things that have simply been forgotten because we've been too busy.Since I'll be home with a lot more time on my hands, this summer I'm planning to clean things up, break down and clean all of my kegs, and lay down a good bit of mead so that it'll be ready when fresh fruit is in season. It's been too many years of whiskey and my soul could use some mead.

this happened BECAUSE yo ended up drinking the cheap vodka in some kinda mixed drink, instead of re-filling the air locks! :D

Two batches of British Style Ages utilising London Ale III sit stuck in my basement, awaiting for me to get some other yeast to finish them off. Almost 170 batches and only my second bout with stuck fermentation.I haven't broken any rules talking about this stuff have I?

Don't toss it! I guess I don't need to tell you to taste it first, but CO2 is heavier than air. Even with a dry airlock, you may be okay! Even if it isn't great for consumption, make vinegar, distill it (hypothetically), or use it for cooking! I just hate to see anything (especially booze) go to waste!Oh as to the poll in the OP... 2 Fridays ago I did a DIPA. I am doing the brews-bros group brew this weekend, a pseudo pils inspired by jeffdj in the beginning of next week, and a rye saison with brett next week as well.Just got kicked down a bunch of hops for helping bennyblanco move, so I will have a few more online after those :frank:
