Distributors buy different amounts of allotments for those different packages. Looks like they sell more 12ers than 6 packs.MolBasser

Forever Hyvee had their 12 packs priced per bottle at less than the 6er. Probably moved a ton more of the 12's. Plus, they take up more space sos maybe they stock fewer. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed, just was not as hoppy as the 12's I've bought lately. And I must confess I bought more of that Ranger, been a bit of a crutch for me lately. :frank:

+1 Life is good when one is buried in the aroma of love! Don't wash those clothes. Did everybody you saw that day go "what is that smell?". Scratch that, does the whole freaking place smell hoppy????

The comparison is silly. SA should be compared with the premium offerings of mass productions brewers. Like Heineken and the BMC premium brands. They compare favorably to them. I compare SN to offerings of places like Stone, North Coast, and Dogfish Head. Fresh Terrapin Rye Pale Ale kicks SNPA in the balls, in my opinion. All taste is subjective. Someone who doesn't like hoppy beers would pick SA's flagship ale and lager over SN's offerings.

I checked with Demeter Fragrances and they don't make hop perfume, but they do make cannabis flower.

If I remember correctly, SA packages Boston Lager with a fair amount of diacetyl precursor in it, so as it ages the diacetyl increases. I haven't had an SA in awhile though, so I'm not sure I'm remembering the correct brand.
