i was really surprised to the difference between sam adams we get here and sam adams at the jamaca plains brewery. in boston, it's good stuff. in new mexico, it sucks ass.which, to me, begs the question: why doesn't it age well? what do you guys do that makes your beer age better? if you want, we can delay the conversation until march.Word.SA Boston Lager does not age well at all.
