Yeah just get a dialogue going, personally I'd just initiate a PM to the person you are responsible for sending stuff to and let the person you are receiving from contact you. For instance I'll shoot my guy a PM after I've looked at what all I have and I'm going to check if there are certain things he doesn't care for so I don't ship someone something they definately don't like.

I got my package from Odacrem this afternoon. I can't wait for these babies to chill and settle. We're having a spell of warm weather here and I'd love to sit out on the back deck and partake.(oh, and I shipped mine out)I'm down like a clown charlie brown for next time.

Yikes, shipping is expensive. I was asked by UPS what was in the package. I said "Salsa". She said "Uh, ok. Is it packaged well". I said "Well, if you guy treat it with respect and not kick it around or use it as a football it will be just fine". She said "Fair enough". lol
