Threads like these make me glad I batch sparge and don’t have to even think about pH other than obliquely, when mashing in.

Welcome stranger! I actually do batch or sometimes no sparge. I still check my pH.

No sparge here... I check pH 3-4 times a brewday.

if I didn't know any better Martin has hacked my pH meter to make it match the bru'n water prediction exactly.  unbelievable!
