I am preparing to filter water and weigh out grains for a Czech-style lager (but with Diamond yeast) that I'm making tomorrow. I will be "on call" for one of my customers so I may as well busy myself with a batch. Also, my older son (who is now back in TX) really worked hard to drain my kegs. Two more went down over the weekend so now I have 3 more empty kegs.
