I tasted it again.

No more fizz.

Hmmmm.

Doesn’t stink and has an ok taste. Alcohol? Don’t know.

you have a hydrometer? check to see the Specific gravity. It should be close to or even below 1.000. If it is, then it's done.

 

If you measure before you ferment, then you can figure out the exact abv.
