Made it a while ago. Went heavy on assorted peppers from the garden.
Did the vinegar version, no lemon juice.

There is a place in Ipan Talafofo, Guam, called Jeff’s Pirates Cove. They have a Fiesta Platter. Two beef ribs, two chicken ( one white, one dark), fish Keleguan, one macaroni, one potato, one rice. Bucket of Finadene. I used to trade my dining partners my beef ribs, the white chicken, and the macaroni, for fish Keleguan. They use boonie peppers.
