It finished at 1.005 from 1.036, 4.07% ABV. Yeast character is minimal and the beer is very clean with a slight malty sweetness in the aftertaste. It dropped clear quickly during the cold crash in primary but still needs a week to be crystal after racking/carbing.
Pitched 1 pack into a 1gal drauflassen starter, spun it for 6hrs then let it sit undisturbed until the 30hr mark and pitched into 6.5gallons total.
This beer is extremely poundable. Had a pint after mowing last night and it didn't last long. If you like the convenience of dry lager yeast then this is one to keep on hand.
