Man, that beer looks awesome

 

the yeast really makes it.  everyone should try out 833 or at least some fresh ayinger beer.

I hope to try the fresh latter this year.  Well, at least fresher than I can get here.

I drank a few of these last night.  I just couldn't stop.  They just go down so smooth.

 

I'm really imagining the awesomeness of making some munich export with this yeast as I've mentioned in the past.  It could be the most drinkable beer ever.
