For 11 gallons, 75% efficiency 1.045 OG 8 lbs MO 4 lbs Munich or Vienna 2 lbs Medium Crystal 1.25 lbs Chocolate Malt .75 lbs Roasted Barley .5 lbs Black Patent 1.5 lbs Flaked OatsMy only base is MO, but I've got many shades of caramel, chocolate, BP, roasted barley, C-pils, vienna, munich, victory, biscuit..... hmmm... maybe a few other random ones, plus flaked barley, oats, and rice.
