it's more clear than the pic shows but it's humid here right now so the glass sweats right away. a nice pils made with us hallertau and 34/70.

My Castle malt blend Svetly (CZ pale) beer. Pretty damned good now. Malty, resiny hop character and some yeast esters and flavors. Not as good as the best batch I've made using the great sack of floor malt but 85% of it.

Just hangin' out with the dog this morning after work. California Common; 2-row and crystal 40 with a dash of Columbus with 2112. Its drinking quite nicely.

Tinypic is one and I also use PostImage. $500 to post a picture? They have clearly lost their minds or else they want to get out of the pic-hosting biz.I see that. I just visited the address from photobucket. For a cool 500 bucks, i can have 3rd party photo sharing. There has to be a better option.
