My Belgian Hefeweizen...
Ken does hazy better than me! Sample of my Chinook/Citra APA on the way from Primary (with one dry hop) to the dry hop/brite tank for the second round of dry hopping. I was very happy with the taste.

I have much to learn about pitching a proper pint photographically speaking, you sir are an inspiration. Yes plenty of green. We've been robbed of any reasonable cold weather this season.
Jamil's Vienna is one of my favorites and I need to make it sometime soon. Nice work brother Poptop.
Your Jamil's Vienna is also an inspiration. Your pics prove that. Recipe wise, it is so spot on and despite its color it's oh so crowd friendly. Cheers!!

The part of this I love is that I spent about two weeks in Vienna in 2013 looking for "Vienna Lager" and only found one small brewery that made it. I think that Jamil's recipe is a look into the past. Mexico still makes Vienna Lagers but they're more Mexican Viennas as opposed to traditional Viennas and so what you have there is a rare thing that you don't find everyday. It's also delicious so there's that. Cheers.Your Jamil's Vienna is also an inspiration. Your pics prove that. Recipe wise, it is so spot on and despite its color it's oh so crowd friendly. Cheers!!

That looks nice DJ. Is it "clean hoppy" or something like Citra or Mosaic or something?
41 IBUs of good old Cascades from a single 15 minute addition. Clearer than the cruddy phone pic. And of course it blew at the next attempt to pull a glass.
The second keg went on this morning when I moved things around.
