Nice. Multiple DH additions?

No, not on this one.  Just one DH addition that was 84g of Galaxy and 28g of Simcoe.  It also had 56g of Galaxy and 28g of Simcoe in the WP.  I plan to do an experiment with my Chinook/Citra beer and minimize the WP and just add that all back in the DH.    Another new trend that I see these days around here.

Delicious I bet. Some other online retailer better pick up on the Barke line of malts or else I'm going to have to order from "you-know-who". And I would really like to avoid that if possible.

Have you not been able to find it? I just went to the site of the local place where I buy it. It's not listed and I don't understand why. But you should shoot them an email and ask if you can order it because I know they have it... lots of it. I can't guarantee a great price but you could check it out.

They do have a surprisingly large array of malts for such a small place. They carry the Omega yeast strains too. The owner is very nice and she is a very enthusiastic & knowledgeable brewer too. If you are able to get your hands on this Barke Pils, take a few kernels and pop them in your mouth... the flavor is really nice.

I did get my hands on some. I ordered it from NB just before Inbev bought them. I like it so much I want some more.

Ah, got it. I wasn't sure you tried it. I agree that it can be hard to find online and the fact that this local place of mine carries it but it's not on their site makes me wonder a little bit. Every time I go into that store to pick some up, someone (either the owner, her husband, someone else working there, another customer) says, Oh! You're brewing with the GOOD STUFF! :D Yeah, it will be a cold day when I order from NB or MW again and the InBev thing is only a part of it.

My, long deceased, Aramis Pilsner. Need to take some newer beer pics as this was the most recent I had.

Aramis for the win! My Kolsch is outstanding other than the fact I cannot get it to clear even with two separate dosings of gelatin. Aramis has a very nice herbal/flowery quality, definitely to be used again.

You should try bio-fine
