HMC: That red is the bomb right there. Really nice red color and I'll tell you what... there are a lot of brewers out there trying to create a beer that color. NICE!

that rare vos clone came out very good.  I'm not sure I'd be willing to go through the effort to harvest ommegang yeast though - took me a couple of weeks and multiple bottles to get it going.  drinking the bottles with my brother was the best part.
