A drezz inspired Citra, Simcoe & 007 Pale Ale, US05/S04 combo. It was well received at the Derby party.
It would be well-received by me. Looks tasty.

I knew that would get chatter sir. I have a Bavarian Bastard currently carbing. But when I opened up the cabinet, this glass called my name
My wife will tap a glass of American lager into a Guinness glass.

I've been known to drink a foreign extra stout in a Bavaria glass. True story.
If need be, I can (and probably should) post a pic.

You know, I have mod powerz so I can just delete such an abomination.
When I have family over, there are nieces, nephews, sisters, brothers-in-law and they tap whatever beer into whatever glass. The other thing is that they keep switching beers which means they switch glassware. By the end of the night I have 40 dirty beer glasses. There are worse things, I suppose.

As Denny and Drew say, use the glass that makes you happy drinking your beer. Gotta admit most of the time I use a Mason jar
That said, I can't wait to pour a tall glass of the lager I'm waiting on. Might use a clear plastic solo cup

I've done that many times but it's either because I'm outside working on a project or I'm near the pool and don't want any tipshy accidents.

Even better, use a red or blue Solo cup.

Pete, first off... looks nice. Really nice. How did you incorporate the dark grains (I'm going to assume Carafa)? I ask because I have noticed two things with the low-oxygen brewing: 1) colors are more pale overall and 2) dark grains like carafa come through much more clearly in low-O2 beers. Those two ideas together make it tough to get such a dark beer without overwhelming the taste buds. Did you add the carafa late in the mash or something? Cheers.
