- [*]Recipe for extract, partial mash, and all-grain.[*]At least a regular and imperial version, hopefully a low-gravity version as well.[*]Something everyone can be proud of.[/list]Please discuss these options! I retain the right to break ties, and to give bonus votes in my head to very well-thought out reasons why a particular base style should be used.(final note: I chose the name A New Start, instead of some negatively-based names in the original thread, as I think it goes more for what we want in this forum - not to dwell on past wrongs, but to push forward with the best brewing board on the web).

You mean Palo Santo? We could brew my Bite Me Sam Palo Santo Russian Imperial Stout. But that would probably get John (Sam's wood supplier) in dutch. That is unless we can find another supplier of Palo Santo wood.FWIW dept, John even says I kick Sam's ass on this one.Several guys voted it best beer of the night at Max's rare and obscure beer night. And I was sipping on a JW Lee's in Calavado Cask at the time, my fave.I had to agree. Sam's wasn't even close. But you had better like wood in your beer.Imagine a spiced rose nose.like the DFH palo alto? omg
