For me, I was content with the warnings, and not reading the thread on purpose.  Several people, however, began reporting the thread.  If you don't like the actions taken talk to each other because you guys are the ones that caused the thread to come down.

There was some Hitler and holocaust shit in there too. I get it, regardless of warning, someone will always find offense. Always. There is also the risk of our name as a forum being associated with something tasteless, although if it were not public may totally be OK. If I had a bon-fire in my backyard, you are all invited over. If you are offended at the content of involved conversation, then it is your right to not come back. Unfortunately here, once you have ingested, the damage is done.

My dad's side had people die on both sides of the war. My grandpa grew up with his orphaned cousin, her dad got shipped off to one of the camps. My mom's side got smallpoxed. The world is a hilarious place.

Somehow it just doesn't seem to sink in for people that there is a set of rules here. I don't know if anyone reported anything just because it personally offended them; I didn't. I reported a couple of posts that clearly violated the stated rules. It's not okay to violate those rules as long as you warn people first; that's not what we've agreed to here. In fact, it's the people who posted that shite who are now the ones complaining about something they were warned about in advance. You were warned in advance that posts like that weren't welcome here, but you did it anyway and now you're offended that it didn't fly.

I know they were tasteless and dirty, but that was the point. I also made sure to post jokes that made fun of EVERYBODY. There were redneck jokes, dumb white supremacist jokes, black jokes, hispanic jokes, religious jokes, nazi jokes, dead baby jokes, I tried to leave NO ONE out. I'm pretty fair that way. So if anyone was butthurt, oh well. I'm not apologizing. Call me whatever names or labels you want, you'd be the one being the jerk.

I see the point that it was against the rules, and understand why it had to be deleted. That said, there was some funny shit in there. I know some people wouldn't dig it, and I also feel that some of those people ride a moral high horse that I don't quite understand. Essentially,
