Mtn, did you get away without having to install an exhaust fan?

I bought one but haven't installed it. So far it hasn't been a problem. I get very little if any condensation.

Nice system, MtnBrewer.

Thanks.

Are you able to store outside year round?  I assume you have a tarp to cover.  I thought about it when we were in Cali, but opted against it ans stored in the garage.

Yes. So Cal. I brew year-around. Temp controlled frig is around the corner. I can pump through counter-flow chiller directly to conical.

Do you move the rig away from the house?  Or does it just stay in place?

Stays in place. Side yard of the house with high eves. Somewhat out of sight from the backyard. Although, I'm in favor of making it more of a center-piece! :frank:

I assume it is propane fired... no danger of it burning the stucco?  (Although, after all this time if it HAD been an issue, I'm sure it would have manifested itself by now)

Yes, It is propane fired. I have not noticed any scorch marks on the stucco. But I am considering moving it to the side of the back-yard where there is a gas line. Conversion time!

This is how I brewed for the last 6 years. You can see the heatstick in the HLT that made it reasonable. The stove would bring 7 gallons to a boil, but it would take a few hours. With the heatstick I went from around 140 degrees post sparge to boil in about 40 minutes.

I just moved, so now I have a garage again. I busted out the keggle set up a couple of weeks ago, but no pics. It's pretty basic.
