I can't open this. What file type is it?
Yeah, I have a ProMash recipe all set to go if someone can tell me the FG that they designed the recipe to.

I brewed this last weekend, and it's bubbling away happily. My wife thought it smelled great, and I downed the gravity sample. Very good.Anyone else brewed this yet? I'll probably rack to secondary this weekend.

Racked to secondary and the gravity was 1.009! Very low. Really fermented fast. It tastes good. Not great. Its a bit on the dry side. I prefer an ale with a bit more sweetness. seems like its high in acidity too. Maybe thats just the strength of the hops.I look forward to kegging this in a couple of weeks.Starting this brew right now.Extract using 2 lbs Wheat DME, 4 lbs Muntons Ex Light DME and the specialty grains steeped for 45 minutes.

I'm about a week out from youWell, I was drinking some of this over the weekend. I like it! I can definately taste a little grapefruit from the hops, which I think is nice for a summer beer. The wheat flavor doesn't come through very strongly, but does provide a little something different. Anyone else drinking this yet?

It reminds me of a Rye Pale actually, and it's a pretty amber hue, , good beer.Very nice and light. Nice hop bitterness. A little dry but perfect for a hot summer day after chopping some wood.

Thanks a bunch! I really do get a strong hop smell from this one when I first pour it.bdutton gave me some his yesterday, I'm hitting it right now. Definitely an easy drinker. I like the bitterness level, but I also agree with bd that it's a bit too dry. I'm not getting too much from the hop aroma, but that's likely due to allergies blocking up my nose.Good job, bd. I could definitely knock back a few of these.
