I am. I've just been too busy lately to think about recipes and such. Haven't made any beer for 3 wks. either.

Any interest in a group brew?

I'm telling ya...procrastination works!See how a few months changes things. I picked some peaches today!
Funny you mention stuck fermentation. I'm waiting on a saison to finish to clear out some fermenter room. I dosed them with brett so hopefully that will kick it in the ass. As soon as I've got space, I'm still in for a peach/ginger mel.I'm thinking of trying the peach ginger recipe from Kens book. Still have no idea if this group brew is on... kinda like a stuck fermentation.
Soon the summer fruits will only exist in our freezers! And like good freezer keepers we rotate our stock often. Is ANYONE still interested?

Either 2nd or 3rd in my rotation is a multi-berry braggot. More a matter of getting brewing time than anything else.

Needed room in the freezer. Did mine September. Transferred once. Plan on splitting it, bottle 1/2, & ginger 1/2
