that would be nice, specialties are $$$Yeah, that's what our club does also. We're able to piggy back an order on to a local brewery's order, so we not only get great prices but also a couple different suppliers to choose from. The spreadsheet we put together for orders allows people to split bags of specialties, too.

I can see them wanting to get away from small sack sales, but I bought it by the pallet. I guess I still didn't have enough volume for them.Sorry to hear. Just got our new password and catalog yesterday.

So when you order a whole pallet does it all have to be the same grain or can you have multiple grains to fill one pallet?Average 6-8. We are filling our 3rd for the year right now. We could order more but once we were able to fill full pallets on our own as a club years ago we stopped taking orders from members of other clubs.

Its always a mixed pallet of whatever people want. On our forum we have a grain buy thread for each pallet order. Orders are lettered. Each pallet order has a separate specialty split thread. Members can post specialties of interest in that thread. Then once a specialty sak is full it is posted in the corresponding grain sak thread. We have a spreadsheet that has every single item MCM offers. Does all the math for everyone. Its a very elaborate spreadsheet. The guy who built it knows what he is doing. It usually takes no longer than a few weeks to fill one pallet. We have a paypal account so members can pay quickly. We also have a commercial dock and our pallets are stored inside until we come split it up. Bulk grain ordering and splitting of the pallet works like a well oiled machine. Our members follow the rules and get on it. So easy.So when you order a whole pallet does it all have to be the same grain or can you have multiple grains to fill one pallet?

We do it through e-mail and Google docs but same basic process. That's because we're not all in the same club - there are people from COS to Ft. C in this group buy.Its always a mixed pallet of whatever people want. On our forum we have a grain buy thread for each pallet order. Orders are lettered.
