Was able to get a reduced 2 day registration. Full conference sold out in 2 hours!I'm in the overflow hotel, The main hotel sold out in 4 hours.For those of us who work for a living, this really bites.Overall impression: I'm a bit bummed by the whole experience.

A lot of people I have talked to have expressed a fair amount of frustration with the event so far, but I am going to remain positive. I got the whole shebang right @ 3:00. Hotel and all. EXPENSIVE!!! Luckily I was given the nod to go online to get my ticket. They really should have done the opening of registration at a more reasonable time for most people. I hope it is all worth it in the end. So when are we all meeting up? We need to share beers...

Anyone going to the dinner on Saturday night? It would be really cool for us to meet there, if not sometime during the conference.On a side note, the registration was disastrous. It wouldn't let me add a guest, so I had to call and by the time I got someone on the phone the full event as sold out. I am sure hoping that this is worth it.

Missed it by 10 minutes I guess. Complete sell out in 20 hours.James Spencer claims he got the last of the Tuesday room conference rates.huh? :scratch:So did anybody get the conference rate for rooms other than Thur (27) thru Sat (29)?Curious minds want to know.

I didn't even try. I got a nearby hotel on Marriott points. A local friend got the Marriott for around 135 a night for the whole session.

Wife and I are road tripping from Indiana. Got the Friday and Saturday package. (Poorly planned if more people want to go but can't because they picked too small of a venue)Don't have a hotel yet.
