Yes, I've had a TERABLE six-pack from a microbrewery that shall remain nameless. I sent them a message to let them know their product was subpar and they were very polite and apologized. Never had a problem with their beer before or since. Mistakes happen, you know?yes my tone and spelling was bit off - I was having a crappy ass day and this little thing sent me off the edge so I took it out on a quick email. The brewer called and left me a message and told me to give him a call back. Plan to call him back tomorrow and explain things a bit better. His message made me think that this isn't the first issue.EDIT - I love their beer and have had this beer more then a few times (never had this issue)

have tried to, but the three hour time difference, a full day seeing clients, and a program redesign in progress has made it hard to make contact. Have exchanged a few emails thoughDid you call?
