K thx.I do like a good sharp bitterness sometimes. Certainly you get that with Chinook but was wondering what other alternatives exist.

Gents,If I couldn't get two of my fav's GR Perle or CZ Saaz, what would be two good change ups?

HM, Tett or Styrian Goldings. Tett in particular is a good sub for Saaz. Perle is a little unique but SG might work well.
