I haven't noticed any in my club but I am new there. I know at Niagara Traditions HB store in Buffalo they sell the kits and a lot of books on it. My friend Courtney has made some mozz that makes you go "Mingya that's good cheese!"

There is at least 1 cheesemaking thread in the PH here. TGL/Buxom Brewer makes cheese and can give you advice on what book(s) and equipment to avoid.
