Thanks for the vote of confidence. If I can figure out the beverage needs, then next time (3 years from now) I should be able to supply all the beer. I'll make some easy drinking NFP Cream Ale!You dont need luck. People are going to go crazy over it. Have fun. Glad you got off work for this.

You were right Andy. It was indeed a hit. A lot of positive comments that almost embarrassed me. I don't know how to accept praise very well. I filled the keg pretty high. There wasn't much headspace in there, so I figure there had to be at close to 5.5 gallons in it. We tapped it at 1:00 pm and the keg kicked at 2:20 pm. The BIL that dropped the hint about bringing some beer made the mistake of going golfing with two other of my bil's. Their tee time was at 8:15. None of them got to taste the beer. (Their absenc from the first three hours dof the reunion did not sit well with their wives. I, on the other hand, came off smelling like cloves and bananas. The new reunion head for 2015 really enjoyed the brew and will be interested in having me bring even more in three years. I look forward to it. Ive never had a keg kick in eighty minutes before. You dont need luck. People are going to go crazy over it. Have fun. Glad you got off work for this.

Congrats. You are starting to get a reputation now. Pretty soon you will be taking your beer to various events and people will be looking up at the board and see your name on it and go straight to it. Sucks for your BIL but thats his gig. You on the other hand will be a topic of conversation with those other wives as they ask their hubbies why they cant be more like DS!You were right Andy. It was indeed a hit.
