We figured it out at 4am last night. Slept for 4 hours, got up, ate breakfast, started finishing the wiring and just got everything ready to go to the event tonight. We didn't get 4in of insulation all the way around. We have 2in and lots of gaps. We ran out of time and had to button up what we could. So I am waiting right now for the trailer to arrive so we can load the beer and head to the event. We were supposed to be there right now.Cheers,Rich

Well, it wasn't air tight so it froze up. It was my fault. I should have set the defrost to 10 min every hour. That would have kept it going good. We still have our work cut out for us to get it buttoned up tight. The event went great. One guy started talking with us and he was a die hard Budweiser fanboi, "I drink a 12 pack of bud just about every day. It's like a fine ass woman. When you already have a fine ass woman, why bother going out and trying to get a different one. Most likely you'll be dissappointed." He tried the first beer and liked it, tried the IPA and was astonished that beer could taste like that, and then tried my stout, then proceeded to have 5 more pints of stout over the rest of the evening. At one point he said, "You need to name this beer "The ####ing Bomb!!!" And by the end of the night he shook my hand and said, "You know, I think I've had enough of that old bitch. I didn't like her that much anyway, I've found a new hotter, finer assed one. My son, I am converted."It went like that all night. I even got offered to get my beer on tap at a local place. I had to decline and explain that its illegal. Then another guy wanted to make a trade, so I am going to bottle 5 gallons of my stout in trade for a certain type of delicious spirit that will remain unmentioned. We have some work to do still, but I think it was worth all the effort. I put about 80 hours into brewing the beer, and at least another 80 into building the trailer out in the last 8 weeks along with working my normal job. I slept like a baby last night.Cheers,Rich
