Nice coloring for the style. I have one of those strainers too, but haven't figured out how to use it with my carboy yet.

Well, I wanted to show the color because at one point we were talking about pilsner malt vs. plain American 2-row and it's clear that you can make an ultra-pale beer with just 2-row. Those pics show wort that was made with 2-row, Vienna, flaked corn and some wheat (recipe is on page 2). Cheers.

Put a funnel in the carboy and then put the strainer inside the funnel.I have one of those strainers too, but haven't figured out how to use it with my carboy yet.
