I just got done with a closed transfer of 10g. I used 0.21 lb of CO2. I actually used a little more than I could have because I had some beer left over in the fermenter after I filled both of the kegs. So I had to relieve the pressure in the fermenter, switch over to a 2 liter bottle, and re-pressurize to fill some of the 2 liter. After you also take into account the sanitizing and purging of the two kegs, I may have used 0.25 lb for everything. Unfortunately I didn't weigh the tank before I started the entire process, just the transfer.
