You could let me re-enact the scene from American Beauty.

The hops are in my freezer. Just sayin.

I was trying to avoid a lager because of the ramp up time for the yeast and then the lagering time. I was thinking of using this batch to build up a population of Wyeast 1099 for another beer I've had in mind.

I made a 1.112 Pale Barleywine 2 years ago with 12 oz of Mt hood in 5 gallons, and using s-04 Dry, it took awhile to get there but was worth it

Sticke would be nice too. A lot of hops can fit it that.

I tried SA imperial pilsner 3 months or so ago, and i went with a Sticke beer, and a Bo Pils also. The Sticke beer just kicked yesterday :D it was great.Hallertau heavy beers are delicious so im finding out.

Wow!! Nice flameout charge 4oz thats rocking. Looks like you burned up some hops on that one too. Looks good though hope the final product is as good as the hydro sample. Look forward to hearing about it too.

yup! the final 4oz charge I actually threw in a separate bag and added it. I was getting worried that I wasn't getting very good circulation through the hops at that point.
