On Sun. I'll be brewing the 2nd test batch of my Rye IPA recipe, but with all the hops added at 20 min. or less. The first batch was good, but not quite bitter enough. It took me maybe 15 batches to get the original recipe down, but I'm hoping I can nail this one in 3-4 batches.

Keep us posted if you would please. Still have not tried your original since the one drewseslu and I came up with has been really pleasing. Just one of those things I keep meaning to get around too and haven't..........This weekend looks like an American Rye, not a RyePA. With some 1010. Just had two kegs blow in a row in the last couple minutes, so it freed up space for kegging while brewing. And another (blew a couple days ago) to transfer some Sticke for our club's Maifest in a couple weeks (want it clear after a trip in the car). Good thing they blew since I had already crashed the starter. Really wasn't too worried though..........
