Dang DD you roll with yo bad self. Here I thought I was Mr. Badass with 40 gallons brewed in one month. No brewing for me this weekend. On Sunday I plan on transferring 10 gallons of Two Hearted clone. Monday is slated for transferring 10 gallons of American hefeweizen but the way the air lock is looking today I'm a bit iffy.Doing 10 gallons of an ESB tomorrow morning. Wife is gone most of the weekend. I might do another 10 gallons of something on Sunday. That would make 30 gallons of beer brewed in 1 week. That to go along with the 10 gallons of IPA, 10 gallons of Belgian and, 10 gallons of Stout I have on tap.Total on hand would be 55 gallons, (I have 5 gallons of Liquid Stupid in secondary).Need more kegs to store this all in.

Wife/girlfriend?Right now, I have the stuff and the time. Why not make enough beer to hopefully, get me through the spring/summer.My goal is to have 50-60 gallons in kegs or in process by the end of May.The wife/girlfriend is pretty amazed as well. For 250.00 in ingredients and some time, I won't have to hit the beer store for a good long time.
