This weekend is going to be like summer in NC so I am planning to brew a Kolsch a nice summer beer as well, shooting for Sun morning. Going to ferment with 2565. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I'lll be brewing another Dusseldorf Alt on Saturday. I'm using the last of my '036'; I may have to harvest some after transferring this one to secondary.

I'm brewing Jami's "what most folks call beer" on Sunday. I'm looking forward to having some yellow fizzy stuff on tap after a long winter of heavy beers.

On Sun. I'll be brewing the 2nd test batch of my Rye IPA recipe, but with all the hops added at 20 min. or less. The first batch was good, but not quite bitter enough. It took me maybe 15 batches to get the original recipe down, but I'm hoping I can nail this one in 3-4 batches.

I'm definitely going to brew on Saturday, but just not sure what yet. I'm thinking some kind of session beer, maybe with some rye thrown in the mix. This is the stuff I have on hand:Posted ImageEdit: Looks like a Red Ale is in my future.

Making a version of Mr. Squintys Summer Ale from Radical brewing. Going to try Sterling/Liberty rather than Challenger/Saaz and also a few tweaks to the grain bill.

Doing 10 gallons of an ESB tomorrow morning. Wife is gone most of the weekend. I might do another 10 gallons of something on Sunday. That would make 30 gallons of beer brewed in 1 week. That to go along with the 10 gallons of IPA, 10 gallons of Belgian and, 10 gallons of Stout I have on tap.Total on hand would be 55 gallons, (I have 5 gallons of Liquid Stupid in secondary).Need more kegs to store this all in.

Dang DD you roll with yo bad self. Here I thought I was Mr. Badass with 40 gallons brewed in one month. No brewing for me this weekend. On Sunday I plan on transferring 10 gallons of Two Hearted clone. Monday is slated for transferring 10 gallons of American hefeweizen but the way the air lock is looking today I'm a bit iffy.

Right now, I have the stuff and the time. Why not make enough beer to hopefully, get me through the spring/summer.My goal is to have 50-60 gallons in kegs or in process by the end of May.The wife/girlfriend is pretty amazed as well. For 250.00 in ingredients and some time, I won't have to hit the beer store for a good long time.
