1# of smoked malt should be just enough to give it a nice little hint. Enough to know there is a smokiness but not smack you around.For the record and clarity, we are talking smoked malt like Bamberg smoked malt NOT peat smoked malt. 1# of peat smoked would be a disaster.I am excited about this bill and project.
