This beer came out well except for the fact that the Zappa is very prominent. Strange hop. I like parts of the profile - peppery and faint mango. The major issue is the dank and somewhat diesel flavor I pick up, especially as it warms a bit. It's certainly drinkable but I won't be using Zappa in the future.

Funny, I finally got around to cleaning my fermenter after 10 days or so. It was under pressure and still in the garage fridge. When I opened it, the aroma was beautiful! I wish the beer was like that. Although, I'm warming up to it. I think the diesel part I disliked is subsiding a bit.
