it did have a different odor when I was resealing that one up. since I was in a rush I didn't take my time to really evaluate it though.

can I get a review on how this beer turned out? I know it's been a while but hopefully you still remember.

I honestly don't remember the specifics. I just remember it being tasty but I think I would use a bit more next time.
based on reviews this is a "love it or hate it" kind of hop. apparently it's really intense based on the reviews.

A couple a quarts of beer will fix it so the intonation would not offend your eari heard Gregory Peckery likes this beer.

that's what I was thinking as well and I'll have some fresh yeast to harvest soon. I'm reading a lot of mixed reviews on these hops. lots of people not liking them or maybe they are just really divisive. I don't think I've ever had a beer made with them.

5 gallon batch?I used 7oz between fwh, boil and hop stand. It actually didn't smell really hoppy but we'll see after it's done.
Never mind. I saw your recipe.

just over the course of today I've tasted a lot of different things with this hop. it's a weird one so I can see why it would work with something like Lutra.

A year later but I'm doing another Zappa beer! It's been mashing for 90 minutes. Getting ready for a 30 minute boil.
Why the 90 min mash?
