What was his take?

That the results were uneven and the process finicky, at least at the homebrew level. You need to match yeast strain, temp, and pressure. Somewhere I have a chart of the results he and Blichmann got.  They were far from uniform.

Just gave the 6.1 g Torpedo a cleaning and also added 5.5 gallons of water to get an idea of headspace. Should be fine, seems plenty of space (especially if using Fermcap).

Also, just transferred a Tropical DIPA to a keg from the Fermzilla AR. It went very smoothly and seemed quicker than my normal process.

Planning on a super fruity IPA in the AR shortly. Going to try the magnet dry hop with Cryo Pop hops.
