.. No one will use it so perfect storage spot.

That's definitely a possibility.

But no dedicated space for kegs unfortunately. My original thought was to build in a cooler and have a tap on the outside. Just no room in this camper. I was originally looking for something bigger but this kinda landed in my lap at a great deal.

So pretty much once a week. I don't think I could do it. It takes me a few hours the day before to prep and then probably 6 hours to brew and clean up. You must have a lot of time or a streamlined process but either way nice work.

All of the above

 

Indoor BIAB, everything setup Friday night (~45min), hit the switch ~6a Sat, cleaned up by 11a.

 

Been fine tuning the process and system over the last few years, wouldn't change a thing at this point.

 

No wife, no kids = more time
