I'm thinking this year might be higher. Maybe 120 gallons.

35. 2 x 10 gallon batches on the old system, 3 x 5 gallon batches on the new system. I'm guessing I'll do 9 or 10 batches this year.

I get scared if my supply runs low

I did not take great notes but looking back on the year of pictures I found 10 hydrometer pictures so I will go with 10/5g batches. A sad 50g of beer produced in 2020.
I just finished my latest revision to my brew system and hope to have a batch going in the next week or two. As with every year I have a goal and I would like to work on some lower ABV beers. I had a 2.4% Czech lager from Notch and it showed me that I do not need the higher ABV to get the flavor.

It is one of the times I wish I had a was to easily ferment smaller test batches. Oh well, 5g at a time will have to be it.

Maybe now in retirement you can get those numbers up.

woah! what do you do with that much? I don't usually worry about getting anyone in trouble when I ask this question

1x10 gallons and 2x5. I wanted to get 1 more 5 gallon batch in before winter, but weather/time prevented that.

I think I only did 3x 10gal in 2020. Lowest total in years. I've been devoting all my free time into my camper. I just need to take a step back, breath and brew some beer. First I need some grain then I plan to brew more this year.
Is there a keg storage area in the camper?
