Quite scary, my holiday lineup is almost identcal. Liquid stupid brewed 5/8, a RIS on oak, a BW, and an old ale on oak. I do not have relatives coming to visit though- just going to have to flatten myself. This year's holiday ale is the liquid stupid I brewed at the end of May. It should be sufficiently sneaky by Christmas to flatten my family coming out to visit. They are all coming from low elevation too which will just make it that much meaner.I've also got a belgian quad, an american style oaked barley wine, and 5 gallons of vanilla cinnamon mead. It's gonna be a good christmas.

Thanks for the recipe, I added it to my favorites, I will try and brew this before the end of the year. I have an IPA on board next, then I will do this one. May make a lighter bock or something first to use the cake. Have you seen this strain around recently? I checked Midwest and B3, and both do not have it. Is it seasonal or disc.?You need Zurich Lager WLP885https://archive.malt...es/20011201.php
