Well that sucks. This extended staycation is going to get me brewing again, soon.

Are all the beers “drink now” styles? Any lagers or others that age well?
I remember him talking about a stout and kolsch. Do not remember the rest.

Kolsch can benefit from some lagering IMO

Was going to pick up some distilled water the other day. Pretty much all bottled water, even distilled, was gone!

Alt and stout should be ok. Kolsch doesn't last more than about 90 days. IPA is at peak right now so it's downhill from here.

If you kegged the IPA, you could dryhop in the keg and maybe prolong the hop character a while before it starts to fade beyond salvaging.

Drink... Drink... Drink!
That works, too. Beer waits for no one.

Another affect of our current state is the direction I received to work from home as much as possible. While this seems like it would be good, I have a wife and son questioning my every move in the den/office. That and willpower. Waiting until 430-5pm to hit the tap.

My WFH spot challanges my willpower constantly.... ( do not mind the mess)

I could not have a tap within arms reach while WFH... Would not end well.
Still no distilled water at the grocery store. Gonna have to figure out which store nearby has an RO machine. I'm guessing all the water bottlers are concentrating on drinking water right now!

If you're an Amazon Prime member, maybe they have distilled water that you order and get delivered? (Just spitballing).

Just reloaded page and it says Out of Stock, now!
Or... $35 for a case of 6

I have my keezer behind the wall. I have the 4 beverage hoses in a piece or pipe insulation that comes out of the collar and goes to an insulated box that is behind what you see in that picture. Works pretty good for me.
