I went back closer to the original. This is the fifth time I've made something close to this but really it could be more like ten or more since I've made stuff that is only a little bit more different but not much.

This time was:
15lb Pilsen
5lb golden promise
14oz caravienne

1.5oz galena and 0.5oz Chinook at 30 min
1.5oz Chinook and 1oz citra at flame out
3oz Chinook and 2oz citra hop stand

Fermentation is on a slurry of fresh bry-97.

There will be! I do it differently pretty much every time. If I get my hops in time I'll probably just do more Chinook and citra. If not... Maybe some citra, not much Chinook and eldorado? Not sure what else I've got in the freezer. It will be good regardless :)

just drained some drez chinook-citra APA. I'm pretty much out of chinook now so unless my hop heaven order shows up I may have to do something a little different for the dry hop for at least for one of the kegs.

My favorite kind of beer!

how are you dry hopping that beer these days?  I think this time I'm going to just do it in the serving kegs like the days of yore (my days of yore that is).

I have been crashing to high 30's for two days then warm back up to 60's for a 72 dry hop then slam it as cold as I can before kegging. Honestly, I am not sure if the final product is much different than before.

so unless 2020 hops are showing up soon I've got:

1 oz chinook

6.5 oz citra

16 oz columbus

6.5 oz bravo

9.5 oz  el dorado

9.5 oz willamette

I'm thinking I'll use up the chinook b/c why not?  some citra, some bravo and maybe a little el dorado.  It's not exactly traditional Drez but sacrifices must be made.

Touch of Columbus would be good too.
