4oz midnight wheat
mash @ 152
finished water profile:
2.5oz Magnum @ 60
1oz Mt Hood @ 5
2oz Mt Hood @ 0
3oz Mt Hood @ 160F hop stand during chilling
Ferment with mix of US-05 and S-04
Dry hop with 6oz of columbus in primary towards end of fermentation.
