I poured about 4 cups of Starsan solution into the tub which is probably just about a ½". The frozen bottle is in contact with that water too so the water should cool down and help keep the temp down. The liquid is not high enough to reach the spigot and it's Starsan so it should stay cootie-free anyway.
Help me BFBT....

it will stay cootie free for a while anyway. at some point it won't do the job anymore.

This batch is chugging along. I tried to get a feel for the temp today so I took the temp of the small bucket of Starsan solution sitting on the floor... 62.5°. Then I checked the small amount of Starsan solution in the tub with the frozen bottles in it... 51°. I was surprised that the tub was that cool but that should mean that my 58° goal should be in reach just based on those numbers.
