I finally started cleaning up the wine cellar and those "bulk aged meads."5 gal each of:Strawberry MelomelMy Blue Heaven Blueberry Mel.Prickly Pear cactus on Mesquite meadPrickly Pear cactus on Clover mead.Yep, about high time I did this. they've been "bulk aging" since 2004. :)So now there are 4 cornies awaiting the beer gun and corking 750's.BTW, I still have two carboys of Acacia Mead waiting.
