Looks good. I have noticed subtle roast flavors come out later on my lagers although I think your hop load will cover it in this case.
you might be right. it already seems like it could be making a comeback or maybe it's all in my head.

I looked at one of my recipes which had 2oz of midnight wheat (7gal batch) in it that surprised me when slight roast came thru in the flavor. It came out a little after carbing then faded after a month or so.

Had some dry hopped yesterday and it was pure hop matter on that first pour. Other than the grit it tasted good though. I expect pour to or three to be reasonably free of big chunks
What do you put your hops in?

fine nylon mesh bag in this keg.
I also have a SS mesh tube but that was in use already.

this beer came out very nice but no where near as hoppy as expected. it's clean with a bit or roast, well balanced and more hops than you'd typically have in a lager but not like an IPA. kind of in between but enjoyable.

so I'm going to try on the second keg to just skip the dry hop. I think this might be better as a more traditional kind of lager. it also has some alt characteristics to it which considering the malt I'm not too surprised.
