updates now that it's probably carbed??

well i opened my first one last Saturday...it wasn't fully carbed yet, my "beer cellar" is a little cooler this time of year so it takes a few extra weeks to get them fully carbonated... However....I love this beer. It's got such a great interesting flavor none the likes of anything I have had before. The yeast defiantly brings something to the table, but its not the bananaish flavor...its a little spicey and a little fruity maybe a little bubblegum but not really. You get a little backbone from the Munich which plays very nicely with the yeast profile. I just let the yeast do there thing so it got up probably at most 74 degrees. Its a blonde with a tinge of orange and pretty clear since it sat in the 2ndary for a good while. The body is nice and light it will probably improve with a little more carbonation. This is a GREAT beer for the summer months although I will enjoy it just as much this winter. I will be sending a few in the next beer pass so others can try this style out.
